Terms of use
These terms describe how Resilix processes and displays data. What exactly is stored is listed in the privacy notice.
1. Who is responsible
[Name / address / contact of the operator of Resilix]. The service consists of the Resilix client (launcher and game module), the Resilix API and the Resilix Discord bot.
2. Terms
- Linking is voluntary. With
/linkyou consent to Resilix storing the data listed in the privacy notice and showing it in your public profile. Without a link, neither a profile nor a clan tag nor a cape appears. Clan membership from your Discord roles (Discord ID, clan, join date, rank) is processed independently of this as long as you have the clan role on a clan server; it is never public. - Public profile. Your profile (gamertag, clan, clan war record, clan history, "last online" as a date, playtime) can be retrieved by anyone who knows your XUID and is visible to other Resilix users in the client. "Last online" shows the day of your last login even if you are invisible in the player list, because the launcher still connects to the API. The default is "visible"; hiding it will come as a setting [not built yet]. If you do not want this, use
/unlinkor do not link until then. - Deletion.
/unlinkdeletes your account and all personal data immediately (token, history, lineups, playtime, login time). Replay IDs and evidence screenshots are removed at the latest after the periods in the privacy notice. - Clan wars. Results are reported by players in the lineup; if results conflict, the Resilix team decides. Abuse (false reports, farming with alt accounts) can lead to exclusion from the rankings.
- No warranty, liability, game rules. [to be worded by a lawyer]. Resilix is not a product of Mojang, Microsoft or Hive and does not use cheats; the client follows the rules of the servers it is played on [align the wording with the internal server policy].
- Changes. Changes to these terms are announced in the Resilix Discord [review notice period and right to object].
